Sunayna Pal reads from her poetry and Arthur Harrison plays the exotic theremin for an evening of words and music. Sponsored by Friends of the Library, Montgomery County.

Sunayna Pal, born and raised in Mumbai, India currently resides in Maryland with her family. Her debut poetry book, Refugees In Their Own Country (B&W Fountain), explores the Partition of India. Her evocative poetry graces the pages of numerous publications resonating with readers across the globe. Sunayna also serves as the Director of The Poetry Academy and is dedicated to the practice of Heartfulness meditation. For a deeper insight into her work and journey, please visit sunaynapal.com.

Arthur Harrison is a musician who plays the theremin, an early and unique electronic musical instrument that is distinguished by the unusual property of being played without touch. He has over 50 years of experience with electronic music; his work appears on myriad audio soundtracks and is considered a technical authority on the instrument.
