Teens and tweens, come explore the glam and glitzy art of the manicure! Have fun, get inspired, and create fabulous nails. This is a DIY program, all materials are provided. Sponsored by the Friends of the Library, Montgomery County.

Program takes place on Wednesday, June 21; Wednesday, July 19; and Wednesday, August 16. Time is 6:30 to 7:30 pm. Location will be in the large meeting room.  Please call (240)773-9545 with any questions.  No registration required.
