Stop by anytime between 4:30pm and 6:30pm to get a temporary henna tattoo by Priya Walunjkar, professional henna artist. Sponsored by Friends of the Library, Montgomery County.

Stop by anytime between 4:30pm and 6:30pm to learn about the history of Henna Art and get your very own temporary henna tattoo by Priya Walunjkar, professional henna artist .

Henna is a plant-based dye that safely stains the skin for one to two weeks.

Attendance will be limited. Free tickets will be distributed 30 minutes before the program at the Information Desk, on a first-come-first-served basis.

Recommended age: 6 to 12. Parents/caregivers must accompany children under the age of 12 during the program.

Accommodation Requests

People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend.
