Celebrate Juneteenth at the Olney Library by making your own Juneteenth flag!

Come to Olney Library to learn about Juneteenth and celebrate the holiday by crafting a Juneteenth flag with contact paper. This hands-on activity will stimulate your child’s creativity and imagination, while helping them develop critical fine motor skills.

This program is designed for children 5 years of age and older. Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
