Financial Agreement

Author/Performer understands that FOLMC will invoice performer via Square for 10% of gross sales or $5 (whichever is larger) within two weeks of the event.
Forms of Payment

Author/Performer understands FOLMC will collect payment by Square. FOLMC is able to collect cash but will be unable to make change for cash payments. Additional cash collected will be designated a donation to support libraries.
Sale Materials

FOLMC Availability
