Catherine M. Flanagan

Catherine M. Flanagan is an attorney who recently wrote her first novel. She has legal experience with the U.S. Department of Justice and Maryland Department of the Environment.  She has experience in publishing with several legal magazines as well.  Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors of her local swim club and is active in her children’s school and her church.  She holds degrees from the University of Virginia (JD and MA) and the University of Pennsylvania (BA).
