Marvin Kalb

Journalist Marvin Kalb will discuss his new book, Road to War: Presidential Commitments Honored and Betrayedan analysis of how easy it is for an American President to go to war and just how hard it is to end one. Mr. Kalb is currently a James Clark Welling Fellow at George Washington University and a Guest Scholar in Foreign Policy at the Brookings Institution.
