Robert Chartrand

Robert Lee “Bob” Chartrand returns to the Board of Trustees of Friends of the Library, Montgomery County after a 15-year hiatus.  For 25 years, he was the Senior Specialist in Information Policy and Technology for the Congressional Research Service of the Library of Congress.  He is the author of countless articles, studies and an award-winning book in the field of emergency management.  Bob also served as President of the Friends of the Library of Collier County in Naples, Florida until he moved back to Montgomery County.
