Frank S. Joseph, Secretary
Mr. Joseph is a writer and former Washington Post journalist who brings to the Board his skills as a publisher and publishing consultant. As a Board Member, he is interested in helping improve library outreach, especially in the minority and non-English-speaking communities.
His first novel, To Love Mercy, is a story set in Chicago 1948 about blacks and whites, Christians and Jews, how children see the world, conflict and forgiveness. Visit www.tolovemercy.com for more information.
He and his wife, Carol Jason, a sculptor and painter, live in Chevy Chase; they are the parents of Sam and Shawn.
